As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving new business by:
Prospecting and identifying potential clients (local and national)
Reaching out via email, phone, networking events, and social media
Pitching our production and creative services using provided materials
Understanding client needs and offering the right package
Closing deals and handing off to our production team

10% commission on all closed deals up to $4500 15% Over $4500
Performance bonuses for hitting monthly goals

Have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, media, or B2B outreach
Are comfortable with cold outreach and networking
Understand (or are eager to learn about) creative production services
Are self-driven, professional, and results-oriented
Have strong communication and closing skills

Background in Media, Advertising, or Creative Services
Familiarity with video production, commercial photography, branding, or creative agency workflows is a big plus.Experience Selling to Small Businesses or Real Estate Professionals
Bonus points for candidates who have sold marketing services to realtors, local businesses, or service-based industries.Comfortable on Camera or in Client-Facing Presentations
Ability to present our services clearly and confidently — both virtually and in person.Working Knowledge of Marketing Channels
Understanding how businesses use video, social content, and photography across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.Experience with HoneyBook, HubSpot, or CRM Tools
Efficient use of sales tracking software to manage pipelines, client communications, and follow-ups.
